Thank you for shopping at IBR Perfume. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We only accept returns if the product you received is damaged or if you received the wrong product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Return is only accepted within 7 days after the product is delivered .
Return Process
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at ibrperfume@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Details: Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-7 working days , depending on your card issuer's policies.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ibrperfume@gmail.com.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and any personalized or custom-made products are non-returnable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange/replace it for the same item, after acceptance you will receive the exchanges product delivered within 5-7 working days , please contact us at ibrperfume@gmail.com and send your item to: 398/c , 1st cross , thirumoorthy nagar , kuniyamuthur , coimbatore - 641008 .
